Worst experience ever! I had a pipe leak in my condo which ruined my floors. Although it was clearly the buildings responsibility, I had to pay for a lawyer for them to accept responsibility. But even then, they try to stretch it out as long as possible. They also tried to patch up the issue instead of fixing it completely.

Efficient management company. Theyve been helpful and responsive with my building and units property needs, which I know is not always easy. After going through a few other companies over the years, I feel safe knowing our building is in good hands. It is nice to talk to property managers that deliver their promises and ensure follow through.

Absolute horrible management company. A pipe issue was brought up months ago, but Homana refused to hire a pipe cleaner. Now my unit got damaged due to the condos pipe blockage. Both the property manager and project manager of Homana group are not helpful at all and try their best to avoid any kind of responsibility . Absolutely horrible company.

This company is infamous in condo building management in downtown Montreal. Do your review before hiring them.
