I have been a tenant here for over two years. Had no issue regarding payment or any other disruptive behaviour but this company's customer service is below average. I have had a leak in my apartment for six months that comes from my neighbour's bathroom in the second floor whenever they are taking shower- Have contacted the management several times for repair but they couldn't help. I have an 18 months baby in this house which is now home for bacteria, fungi, protozoa and all sorts of germs. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY- My apologies for those I already referred here (sad).
