They broke into my apartment, threw out ALL of my belongings and ripped, broke and tore up all the drawings and sculptures I had been working on. My name was on the lease for another week and a half and they still forcibly moved me out without any fair warning. The superintendent was also incredibly rude to me when i asked why this had happened and they never gave me a response, the head management refused to reply to me either. Don't rent from here if you want any respectable privacy

Their admin team is really bad. The receptionist is rude. Owners are Olivier Tolila, Valerie Tolila and Annie Kenane.

The awful service that I have experienced so far. It is more than 6 months since I asked them to fix the parquet( I asked several time The elevator doesnt have RBQ license. They never answer the emails. They dont cooperate with tenants and not flexible at all. We are always suffering from the noise of construction. Rude employees Dont waste your time and energy There is not any ventilation in the corridors The worst in Montral

Really bad experience. Always super hard to reach them or to get them to do anything. I moved in 3 days late to my apartment bc they were too busy to give me the keys and lease (I was there for hours). I had signed a lease with them online and when I got there they said they had rented the apartment to someone else. I rented another one that was less nice but they agreed to charge me a bit less. One guy was also waiting forever to get his key, and after several hours was told his apartment wasnt ready (this was September 1st or 2nd) so he had nowhere to go. The electricity wirings are all wrong (ex: one light cant be turned off) but they never replied to me about fixing them. They only gave me one key only for a 2BR, and I had no mailbox key for the first couple weeks. They also ask for key deposit even though thats illegal. On my second month they started to tear down the walls in the hall, presumably to fix them, and never came back to finish. One guy (superintendent?) just walked into the apartment once. There are more issues these are just a few.
