At the time, I was doing this in order to avoid disappointing people because my mental health was creating long working days when I had certain activities to complete. Instead of finding a date in the future on one of those days of the week that I had given, this women suggested meeting late on a day that I had not listed. I was unprepared to have to enforce clear boundaries with a psychotherapist, of all people, so I agreed. Consequently, I was not able to make the session on time as my work ran late. I informed her by email and was promptly informed that I would still need to pay the $95 as per her contract.
