        We contacted Mr. Farahmandrad to visit a condo. He was not professional, did not say hello or present the property. We did the visit on our side for about ten minutes. We preferred to end the visit, nobody wants to waste his time on a Sunday morning! Deplorable experience, we are very disappointed.

        We had a visit with Mr. Farahmandrad for a condo in Montral. The welcome was deplorable, no introduction, he did not even answer our "Hello". Regarding the visit, no explanation, we made the visit by ourselves and tried to detect the problems within the property. After 10 minutes, we ended the visit. We have never seen such a lack of professionalism, I do not recommend this real estate agent!
