Washer in the hallway of one of their buildings is broke for 2 months and they finally replaced it with a worse, louder second hand machine. Cheap, disgraceful people. No shame.

The owner is the most disgusting and worst person I have ever met. Doesnt have the decency at all to behave with the tenants or any human being. Avoid his buildings.

Really poor attention to the client here. It may differ with property manager but in my case I was trying to contact the property manager for over a week via phone, email, and through his current tenant. I got no response. One day the tenant told me he scheduled a call-time for us and waited all day for this call except when I called him he did not answer. Poor way to operate a business, I can't imagine what it would be like if I was the tenant and I needed the property manager for something. Sad.

This apartment is very dirty. There are a lot cockroaches. They even sprayed it once, but to no avail. I dont want to go back here at all. You can find better apartments at this price
