Before you sign any project with them, they are quick to reply emails/phone calls/texts, they treat you with respect and care. 10 days after signature, the effort drops significantly! They pretty much got what they wanted, paycheck secured, now back to "fishing" more signatures. They don't really bother being responsive at all now that you're in, be it emails/texts or calls. If you want a reply/answer, you have to run after them, send follow up emails, calls, texts, w.e and hope to get an answer in the up coming week~weeks (if they feel like it). Zero updates on the project's progress, tell us X will happen at Y, and when Y comes: nothing, it doesn't happen, no contact, no update, no amendment, nadda (again gotta chase after them), and then it's a rinse and repeat of the same thing. (Not sure if the builder is partially at fault for that, but ultimately, the communication's McGill Immobilier's agent's duty). Honestly it is completely disappointing considering the sheer amount of money that goes into a propriety purchase, it's definitively not the service you'd expect to receive after spending a few hundred thousands which they get a living off it, it's giving zero form of reassurance and simply causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. This sucks! And the questions asked are so simple to answer too, and it's sent once every few months. If I knew i'd be treated like this, and I would be left in the dark for the entire building journey of the condo project (pretty much have to keep tab of the progress myself by visiting the construction site), I would have never signed this project with McGill Immobilier. I'm not the only one getting difficulty receiving any form of communication/responsiveness with this agent. It's totally unprofessional. You guys should equally care for the ones who believed in your agents and the project that you are promoting. We are ultimately the one funding the builder and your firm.
