        Update: I found out that the manager I mentioned below was eventually dismissed by Trams as she was so rude to condo owners/renters and did not want to help them. I no longer live at the condo managed by Trams on Cavendish, but I wish the owners/ renters the best of luck in dealing with constant fire alarms going off at all hours and no assistance from management. Deserving of 0 stars, this company's management either wants you to "shut up," handle things yourself and/or refuses to answer e-mails/phone calls, etc. Employees have literally told condo owners to "shut up" when asking questions, & apparently, condo renters are not even allowed to make inquiries.
