It's literally a "clef en main" service with no headaches nor complications - David takes care of absolutely everything for me! Pays very close attention to detail and is very respectful. There's no pressure at all and he respects all boundaries. He's very sociable, but can also deliver when time comes to negotiate the final price! David is the ultimate professional. He's made the process of buying a property easier than buying a car. He cared deeply of my interests and preferences. During every visit, he asked important questions to the seller to get to know the property better. He gave me his honest opinion proceeding every visit and throughout the entire process. His knowledge of Real Estate has been incredibly valuable in my decision making. Best of all, communicating with him was an absolute breeze.
