HIRE DIANNA AND READ NO FURTHER! If you want the best representation/customer service you can possibly get and do not like reading, then stop here and hire Dianna Tomasino-Gray. My wife is a real estate broker in the US and says, Out of the several hundreds of agents that I have worked with over the last 17 years, she ranks among the best Ive ever encountered. There were so many hurdles Dianna had to overcome to get us to the finish line. While she had other clients she was attending to, Dianna was in constant communication while traveling to another appointment. She ranks a 10 out of 10 in every single category - from initial introduction to negotiations (she was especially outstanding here) to finding a notary that was available on very short notice. Dianna also put in many hours beyond her job description to assist us in this difficult transaction due to the new Quebec ban/moratorium on purchases by non-Canadians.
