I spent 4 months working with Linda trying to find a house in this crazy market. Even though we were not successful in our biddings, I would like to share the experience that I have had with her. First of all, she is an incredible hard working individual. I was amazed by her patience and perseverance. She was always there with the best of advise for every single one of our bids. Had I followed her advises from day one, I would have been a homeowner by now. I would not hesitate recommending her! She is definitely among the BEST!! Thanks for everything Linda.

Sorry for this long review but I wanted to be thorough! LINDA IS AMAZING My husband and I took the plunge; we are now first time homeowners! We knew little about how long and overwhelming home buying would prove to be. Linda held our hand throughout the whole process. Linda took such good care of us: 1. Her response times were extremely quick (like within less than 5 mins). She replied to all of our questions by call, text and email 2. She is bilingual and speaks both french and english 3. She communicated with the sellers and their representatives and asked all of the tough questions at all the home viewings 4. Linda helped us negotiate a fair price for the home we wanted 5. She also maintained contact with our mortgage broker and inspectors on our behalf 6. She showed us comparable listings in the area 7. Another thing, is that she booked us a 2nd viewing for the same property (that we did not end up buying) to help us make our final decision I cant thank Linda Simon enough for being there and helping us get our new home, and I highly recommend her services. Linda Simon is amazing realtor, and I would argue she is the best realtor there is in Montreal area. As first time home buyers, we were pushed out of the real estate market in our home city and had to find a home elsewhere. We settled on the Montreal area, and had grand expectations of what we wanted out of a home. We found Linda and she still worked with us, set us up in a portal, help us through the seller declarations (many of which were in french) and helped us through the process of viewing a home. We made an offer shortly after! Linda also assisted us in finding out about the home (we had to find out about iron ochre etc), and kept us calm while we wait for our financing to go through. She is just an amazing hard working lady, and if you are first time home buyers, I would HIGHLY SUGGEST, WITH A CAPITAL H, to choose Linda as your realtor. Don't go with the other guy!

Hands down the best broker Ive dealt with. Linda is passionate about real estate and she knows what shes talking about. She will go the extra mile and help you find the perfect house or rental. She listens to your needs (I am a very difficult client) and she is very accommodating. My mother closed a deal with her within 3 days. She prepared all the paper work and took the time to explain everything step by step. I definitely recommend Linda if youre looking to buy or to rent!
