Juliette was an amazing real estate agent. She helped us find and purchase a home in a very complex time in the real estate market, where homes were being sold like crazy and bidding wars abounded. She was very patient with us in our search, showing us multiple properties. We never felt like she was pushing us to get a place just for the sake of a sale, but rather she helped to guide us in finding the right home based on our stated needs and wants. There were several occasions that she even discouraged us from buying properties thanks to her thorough knowledge of the industry -- for example alerting us to building problems that might arise (foundation issues, masonry or roofing concerns, etc) or telling us when a place was being sold above its true value. Once we found a home, Juliette guided us through the sale, answering all of our questions and making sure we knew all of the steps to take.
