They will enter your apartment when you are not home without telling you. Noisy neighbors having raves all days and nights vomiting in the staircases. I found cockroaches and there was animals living in the walls.. at one point they died and it smelled awful during summer. Homeless smoking crack in the stairs. They are trying to abusively increase the rent every year. The lady working at the office will tell you everything is in your head and those are normal issues from living downtown. This place will make you miserable, avoid renting with Triada.

You get a bunch of free pets even though pets arent allow, check out the picture Ive added to see mine! Rats, mice, leaks, blockages in pipes. Mouse droppings in the oven. Good luck if your water is brown. You pay for heating. It dont control it and they crank it way up, Ive gotten sick multiple times from it. People who work at the landlords office are absolutely insufferable, they will argue and constantly be condescending when youre trying to bring up a serious issue. Front door of my building was broken and hasnt gotten fixed in over a YEAR so homeless people would sit in the stairs, smoke, and go pounding on doors. Seriously horrible mistreatment of tenants. Go elsewhere.

1935 Boulevard de Maisonneuve Ouest is terrible. There is a lot that needs to be fixed! Maintenance only does the bare minimum. I had several issues. From heating, to the rats in the walls trying to get into my apartment. In the winter its freezing and the power goes out. When you complain they say the heat is on the highest it can possible be on, or something stupid like Oh its a hot water heater the weather effects how much heat is in your apartment. and expect you to be dumb enough to accept their answer. Also, there are rats in the walls that are a constant issue. I wrote the same review on Facebook. Triada Corps also manages other buildings so be carful!

Horrible experience living here. Rats in the building. Drug users in the entrance way that would leave used needles. Two washing machines and one dryer for 6 buildings. The dryer would stop working every 2 weeks. Landlord takes rent by cheques like they're living in the 20th century still. Only positive experience were the nice maintenance workers.

I lived at a Triada managed apartment downtown Montreal for 2 years. Happy to say that they were fast, responsive to issues, always available for questions or concerns. They always used an official lease as well. I would rent from them again. Agree with other reviews that you shouldn't take their speed and responsiveness for granted when renting in Montreal.
