My experience with Marie-Claude was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Firstly, she was impossible to get a hold of and her average time to reply was 2 days. I had a showing scheduled at 10:30am in Montreal and I had to drive up from Ottawa that morning. I called her the day before to confirm and she agreed that she would be there at 10:30am. I got there a half hour early and ended up waiting 45 mins outside of the building and she never showed up. I called her 4 times and left 2 voicemails and by the time she finally got back to me, she started to accuse me of not showing up, even though I drove 2 hours to come meet her and waited 45 mins. She claims to have sent "someone to meet me" however this was never discussed in our previous call, I had no description of the person, nor did I have a number to contact them. She then got frustrated with me and hung up the phone while I was still trying to have a conversation. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant woman, would not recommend.
