        They manage the building I live in - air conditioning has broken 3-4 times in entire building last few months. There are also regular floods in the building. Latest example; last week the air conditioning broke again and they have decided not to fix it because it's getting cold "soon". Very bad management team. Would avoid any building managed by them especially when you are paying an arm and leg to live in a luxury building that should provide these basic amenities and work to rectify these situations swiftly..
