Veselka was very professional. Felt like she was on call 24/7 to address all my concerns. Helped to guide me through the whole process of buying and was there every step of the way on what needed to be done during and after the purchase of my condo unit. On another note, she even helped me save 10k of my hard earned money, when i was trying to secure an offer bid on the property i wanted.

Veselka helped me buy my first investment property. The property purchase transaction was a bit complicated, and it wouldn't have gone through if we had followed the routine paperwork, but Veselka identified the issue and helped me find an alternative solution. She acted quickly and we were able to close the deal. 2 years later, I hired her to be my rental agent because my tenant was moving out. She did an amazing job. It was in the middle of the pandemic, and my old tenant was being extremely difficult. Veselka managed to find a new tenant by showing the apartment only using video conference. After the old tenant moved out, we found that he had completely trashed the place. Veselka coordinated all the repairs and cleaning, and kept me and the new tenant up to date on the progress. She took photos of all the damages and sent them to me in a timely manner. I could count on her to represent me and have my interest when talking to the tenants (old or new). She went above and beyond to manage this difficult tenant transition and saved me so much headache. 5/5 I would work with Veselka again.
