My fianc and I worked with serge to find our first home, and he far surpassed our expectations. He was incredibly patient, resourceful, knowledgeable, and always ready to offer advice and feedback. He will always have your best interest at heart, whether you`re the seller or the buyer. It is evident that he genuinely enjoys his job, and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. The one thing that scared us was having a pushy broker/salesman, and that`s the furthest thing from Serge. I dealt with Serge recently with regards to the purchase of my new home. At ever step of the process he went above and beyond, allowing us to do multiple pyrite tests to ensure the property did not have any hidden defects, he always answered text messages and emails promptly, answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns thoroughly. He was very patient and respectful and not pushy at all. I would not hesitate to recommend his services for buying or selling a home. 5 stars all around. Thank you Serge !
