Nathalie made buying my first condo such a breeze! I was new to property buying and the real estate market in general and having dealt with a few other real estate agents, I could confidently say that Nathalie is extremely professional, friendly and absolutely wonderful to work with. I was looking to purchase a condo in Montreal and enlisting the help of Nathalie was the best decision I made. From the very first email and throughout the process, I received 5 star service from her. Nathalie is very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Her references in regards to building inspector and notary were top notch. Throughout the process always felt I was well represented and wouldn't hestitate to recommend her. Nathalie Audet turned our home-buyingexperience into a nightmare. She is super unprofessional and deceitful and preys on first-time homebuyers as they don't have much experience. She told us there were multiple offers on our home and encouraged us to bid over askingto increase her commission when we were the only ones. She lied and told us that the previous owners agreed to make repairs when they didn't and she ripped us off. It's amazing how all her reviews our 5 stars and the only person they have ever written a review for is Nathalie. Everything about her is a con, I wish I had never met her. If you have the misfortune of coming across her path, make sure you get everything in writing, check references, or better still just run you won't regret it.
