What I really like about Pauline is her patience and soft-spoken. She never talks down or put pressure on us and really puts her client first. If there is anything to improve, it would be to partner up with a reliable, good inspector. Unfortunately, it's hard to find a 'good' inspector that is going to be able to catch every thing wrong with the house, esp since just about anyone can call themselves one. And you only know about these problems after moving in. If she have connections with a good inspector and recommend them to her client, that would be +++. I want to thank her again for finding the house that we call home.
