        Don't rent here if you want peace of mind. A flood in the apartment upstairs from me caused damage last February and they're still saying "Soon!" for the repairs. Constant testing of fire alarms (fire drills every 3 months!) which can only mean that it's a fire trap. And there was a fire this past week, which nobody left the building for because there was a test scheduled for the week. Calls are never returned. You have to chase them for everything and they do nothing.
