My grandmother was in need of a home rather urgent and I called Agence Dore. I spoke with Andree-Anne who was extremely helpful. Even though I mentioned to her we had a place already in mind, she was still open to spending time with us to further evaluate all our options. She was very prompt, on time and was available to help us in a very timely manner. Never felt rushed and she was detailed in her questions to understand our needs. I would highly recommend their services given how difficult it is to find the right home for a loved one, especially when you are not aware of all your options.
