        My mom has been living here for more than a year and a half and she is doing great! The caregivers are all very kind, friendly and well trained. She has dementia so doesn't really know what's going on or where she is, but always uses positive words to explain how she's doing when I talk to her. This has been a very safe place for her throughout the COVID pandemic.

        I cannot say enough good things about La Residence Sheppard and James Victoria. The kindness and compassion is heartwarming. Everything is done with the well-being of the resident in mind. It is immaculately clean and the rooms are charming. I have no hesitation in recommending this residence to any family looking for the perfect spot for their loved one. Thank you for everything.
