Everyone i spoke with said it's not their job or wait we are low staffed. My mother was there for about two months n this was always the case. She once waited five hours for a glass of water and then still only got it when I asked, it felt like they thought she was immobile n took advantage. Only got results when I was there n even. Horrible! I gave two starts for the physiotherapist who was helpful n tried to help as well as the receptionist who was implemting COVID-19 regulations n tried to be welcoming while clearly understaffed.
