My grandfather was in this residence because it was the only that he could afford, but the decor was out of date and the previous owners had not done a lot to keep this place up to date. There has been a change of owners in June 2020, and since then the changes have been amazing. They have kept the same loyal staff that were all very nice. Yet everything has been revamped, from the main entrance, to the security, the cleaning standards have been considerably raised. The new direction has taken care of this place and we are very happy and would highly recommend the residence, the price for the value is outstanding given the prime location. There is a new menu coming up, along with the full renovation of the dining area. My grandfather is looking forward to mingling again in the new communal areas after covid. On top of all, the staff went above and beyond and whilst covid lasted they ensured the residents security by running all the errands for them. Therefor none of the residents caught covid at the Residence du Plateau. A great thanks to the team for all they have done for our grand dad!!

Ma mre est ravie est rassure voir autant d'implication. Les espaces communs et les chambres ont ts entirement rnovs et malgr la crise du Covid, le personnel est rest dvou et a assur les courses des locataires. Il n'y a eu aucune closion de cas de Covid dans la rsidence malgr le fait que ce soit une rsidence pour les personnes revenus modeste. Le personnel est VRAIMENT dvou, nombreux sont les employs qui sont l depuis plus d'une dcennie et qui connaissent les rsidents et leurs dossiers mdicaux par coeur. C'est vraiment rassurant pour la famille de ne pas avoir une rsidence trop bureaucratique qui connait personnellement chacun des rsidents.
