I highly recommend Couvreur Lefrancois. We had a very positive experience with Stephane, Mario, Sandrine, the different workers, and the work.I did not know roofers could be so respectful, honest, and professional.They were wonderful. We were in a very stressful situation with a hole in our roof and water entering each time it rained. They came and gave us an estimation promptly. We had to wait for several other emergency jobs before us, but were put ahead of work that did not leak. It kept raining and Sandrine was really good at keeping us informed about the time, and concerned for us to be waiting and would call back when she said she would. The work was excellent, I would say like the good old days, when craftsmen cared about their craft. The people really professional, cared about their work and their clients and they were patient. They cleaned up after and looked after everything. They saved us. We had just been let down for the second year in a row by our horrible roofer of many years and were wondering where to turn. I highly recommend them and am glad that we are under their care now. It was not cheap but fair priced, and such a good company for customer relations.
