On the other hand, JD Construction did not fulfill its commitments and promises. I paid five thousand additional dollars for the repair of the slopes and the raising of the circumference of the roof, which was not done. In fact, the team initially undertook to redo the bridging of the roof without any slope, fortunately we regularly checked the site, and we had to remember that the correction of slopes was in the contract. JD Construction a sous-contracte Toiture MF pour le travail de structure et d'lastomre, ainsi qu'un autre sous-contracteur pour l'isolation. Au prix statospherique demande, on s'attendrait a un travail impeccable, sans aucun coin tourne rond et sans augmentation de couts. Malheureusement, JD Construction n'a respecte ni son contrat ni le prix. Les prtentions d'avoir 'aucune surprise', 'tout inclus' et plusieurs affirmations a l'effet que JD Construction fait soit disant mieux que ses concurrents (ex: installation d'une chute a dchets) se sont avres de la BS de vente du representation Dany. Je ne recommande pas JD Construction, mais en toute quit, je reconnais que le travail 'standard' (outre la correction de pente) a t tres bien effectue (Toiture MF qui a effectue le travail a son propre site web), et que Dany a procure de l'aide fort utile pour la rparation de dommages resultant des travaux.
