Firstly, The floors are beautiful, the employees are nice, they arrive on time and clean up the space as best as can be expected. The floors looked absolutely beautiful. The problem is that not all areas had varnish. There were dry patches where there was missing varnish in different places in the living room. My floors are slightly irregular so missing some may be a reflection of the irregularity and not the professionals who did the work. I called the owner who very kindly told me sometimes this happens and he told me, 'dont worry Madame, we guarantee our work, we will come back to put a third coat to ensure adequate coverage.' This was offered to ensure their guarantee, not for payment. When the workers arrived, the crew did not seem to be aware that the issue was dry patches. I was asked, so you want a third coat? . I said, there were dry patches but you can't see them well because the living room didn't have any sun at that time of the morning. There were two crew.
