Stood outside property for 90 minutes trying to contact anyone inside facility. No signs, phone numbers, or instructions of any kind. Expedia tried to help but only had one phone number that nobody answered. Management company also tried to help but they could not reach anybody either. Finally gave up, sacrificed my deposit and booked another hotel.

Worst dive ever. Sure, it looks good, but the guy who runs it is useless. Communication was through generic emails: I'd ask a question or let them know when I'd check-in and I wouldn't get a response or I'd get another generic email asking when I planned to check-in. I couldn't get a hold of the owner for THREE of the 5 days I stayed there! The hall smelled like cat pee. The internet didn't work. There was no one on site. They switched me room remotely, to a room that hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest (we're talking bed undone, no clean towels, dirty dishes, the whole shabang). Power was out all of day 3 and he didn't know about it. After I asked if I'd get any compensation for the trouble (nice word for bs), he promised to waive $250 from the bill. But did I ever see that discount? Nope. And then he disappeared again. But he did ask me to refer his business to family, friends and co-workers. He even offered me a special rate for future stays.
