Very happy with my purchase. I bought a Juki industrial sewing machine and got great help from the owner & the employees. The machine is in excellent shape, and they took time to show us how to use the machine and gave us some freebies. They also showed us how to set up the machine at home and the packing for delivery is perfect! I cant recommend this place enough, 5 stars!

Very happy with the Juki LK-1850 I purchased though National 2000. They helped me understand the machine and its character prior to purchase. Their price a little firmer than I was hoping for but I am confident they went over the machine in detail and it help mitigate some of the anxiety of purchasing. Joseph helped me navigate an international wire transfer (US > CA). Shipping was also made simple and I had my machine delivered within 10 days of purchase (pretty great considering it crossed a border during a pandemic). The machine was received is the exact condition I expected it.
