      image The customer service available through UPS is terrible. I've spent over 6 hrs onthe phone with them and i still can't get access to my invoices and pay them. Each agent thinks they can't do anything and so forward you onto the next department to revaildate your account info and then tell you again that they'll have to send you to another person. 6.5 hrs of hold music and talking to people who barely speak english
