if i could leave zero stars i would. DHL. is in my opinion the most useless company i have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service and you need to be a magician to get hold of a actual person. more than once they have sent me a message saying they cant deliver my package as my address is incomplete, yet when i go to the local service point to pick it up they admit that my drivers license matches the delivery address completely. use them at your own peril!
