Junk company. Your drivers can't take off their shoes for a few boxes to deliver to a carpeted room? Get some more competent people who can think please. Not recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would! Twice we had a scheduled delivery and both got cancelled. Today they called to say they were finishing up at the location prior to ours and then they cancelled our delivery. Another wasted day off work and no compensation. There excuse was they didnt have our delivery scheduled. Are you kidding me? I got the email, tracking, the drivers name, a scheduled time as well as the call at 11:03but you didnt have us scheduled? This company needs to work on their customer service and commitments!

Terrible service, they cancelled the delivery twice, we are waiting for our washer and dryer, for a week now as we evidently have laundry to do. Worst part is the wait to speak to someone is ridiculous, especially since there is no way to reschedule manually through a website or eve by phone. instead they call you to reschedule. If you miss their call you need to call back and wait 40 mins on hold. I had to make myself available twice now for deliveries that aren't happening... This is a terrible delivery company, terribly managed and I do not understand why Costco works with them.

They absolutely fail at doing their jobs. Customer service is a nightmare and you get put on hold for hours. I don't even know why Costco does business through them because there is so much disorganization going on. Stay away from this company since they don't care about their customers.
