I wish , I could give them 0 star , first of all they say express shipping , and to be honest they dont know the meaning of express I was handled by a young gentleman on Wednesday evening asked me to pay $100 saying it will reach in 2 business days which is Friday , but for a fact its reaching on Monday but it now it says Tuesday , not professional at all , I tried to call them they did not pick up the phone , I visited the store says the phone is not working since 2 days and no idea to repair also , and the people who I confronted very reckless and did not want answer anything , the only things they say is , not our problem its ups mistake , do not trust them and fee your package does not reach on time . Never ever going to a this kinda express shipping , no value for money and no answers for questions , its better to send it via Canada Post at least they give you truthful answers for the delivery .
