However, last Saturday, I called the Griffintown store and spoke with a helpful staff. She provided me with comprehensive information on how to place my order step by step and explained the benefits, such as the minimal delivery payment. To my surprise, the experience turned out to be fantastic. I eventually pick the Saint Jacques branch because it was closer to me. I picked up my items on Saturday evening, a respectful boy served me there. I would like to express my gratitude for their service. As a result of this positive experience, I intend to leave my review for both the Saint Jacques and Griffintown stores. This combination allowed me to obtain IKEA items without incurring high delivery fees.
