I bought three pair of shoes at promotion 30% , trusting the size 41 is right ( size10) unfortunately they do not fit and are not true to size, I could keep the sandals but the other two I had to return and they gave me a store credit !! Which I can NEVER use because my feet will not go smaller in this life time the shoes are not an easy fit ( especially snickers ) and the quality is not what I saw on the photos ;I reached to customer service multiple times ; they all copy and almost send you the same message without hearing what you say , if the shoes are not true to size is not customers problem , they should still issue a refund , this is not fairI wish I knew earlier Reply to owner: I mostly buy European shoes , your sizing is more close to Chinese sizing . And your customer service is never helpful .they just have templates to answer any inquiry and they forward it without even reading the inquiry .The quality Your return policy I do not recommend this brand
