    Je m'y rends toujours sur place car les personnes qui y travaillent sont vraiment gniales ! J'essaie toujours pleins de paires, et elles sont trs patientes et conseillent trs bien ! Le fait d'avoir le magasin Destock ct est un plus. Je n'ai jamais pay une paire prix fort, et c'est de la bonne qualit je trouve. Je suis alle le 29 dcembre la boutique pour retourner les bottes dfectueuses et pour commander une nouvelle paire. Deux jeunes vendeuses ont fait la commande pour un envoi chez moi pour la nouvelle paire. Je ne lai jamais reu. a fait deux semaines que jai contact la boutique. La vendeuse aurait vrifi avec sa grante et elles ne trouvent pas ma commande. Je leur ai envoy la facture par courriel qui montre trs bien que jai pay ma commande. Et depuis RIEN. Jai envoy 3 courriels jai rappel la boutique. La vendeuse ma dit que sa grante est su courant. Je lui ai dit que je veux mes bottes et que leur inaction fait que la botte pourrait devenir out of stock. Je peux pas faire une commande internet pour une nouvelle paire puisque cette compagnie (contrairement TOUTE compagnie de chaussures) font pas de remboursement. Jaurais d lire les commentaires des autres ici, jaurais bien vu quel point ce magasin et cette compagnie a un service aussi irrespectueux et inacceptable. Je suis furieuse.
