I have been using this software now for 10 months, and we are finally getting to the point where we are recovering from switching over to the software and the messes that it caused in my books. The reason I gave it two stars, is because there are a couple functions in the software that I really enjoy like the ability to automate quality assurance data collection, and the possible scheduling of facility clients with multiple individuals in each shift. The plan of care is also detailed and provides good information. Some of my concerns include the fact that entering payments into this system requires several clicks between entering each check which is very cumbersome and time-consuming. I can also see the potential of this system to create a lot of great reports, but we have been in such a process of change while we've been implementing this that we cannot consistently get good reports with reliable data from it. I question whether the writers of the software have ever worked with accountants or bookkeepers, because our invoice numbers are shared across our whole network, meaning that this makes audits completely impossible to find out where I'm missing invoice number went because we share those continuous numbers across the whole network in our franchise system. I would love to speak first hand with anyone in these reviews that gave this software five stars to see if they've actually even used it or if they are just friends or employees of the company trying to boost its reviews.

My nursing agency switched over to this complete total nightmare of a charting system, and I've never wanted to toss my phone on the ground and stomp it into tiny bits as much as I did yesterday. What a confusing, redundant piece of garbage! I think I'd rather quit than to use it again.
