Ils ont augment mon abonnement de 69$ a 117$ sans prvenir et ils me disent quils mont envoy un email pour prvenir je ne lai jamais reu Pour vous faire signer au dbut ils sont bien prsent ils vous promette des tonnes de chose je me souviens trs bien que la personne mavait dit : nous naugmentront jamais labonnement nous avons toujours les mmes tarifs et cela depuis longtemps Et l ils passent de 69 a 117 40% daugmentation !!!! Qui fait a !!! We have been using lightspeed for 4 years and it recently has become unacceptable. The pos system is sometimes not working and I have to restart liteserver all the time The worst part is that, they bill you randomly- I was billed 4 times in one month while on monthly payment and yearly contract. They also increased subscription fee by 60% without notifying you. We only found out when we received the bill. Moreover, no customer service exists in this company. Whatever they promise wont be fulfilled and none of your questions will be answered. They all go missing when you ask the important questions. You are left in the dark with this company. Also, I dont think they actually have a customer success department as it takes 5 months+ to investigate and we didnt get any reply from our account manager nor customer success department. We have canceled our subscription as this company is no longer trust-worthy.
