What a joke - they allow people to visit your online store, dispute a charge because they forgot they placed the order, customer admits fault and bank sides with customer. Then your business gets charged $15 chargeback fee for every transaction. They dont protect their customers and hide behind policy. They should have a label at the top of their website SHOPIFY ALLOWS BANKS TO CRUSH SMALL BUSINESSES. What a joke.

I have been a customer of Shopify with three online stores. For an undisclosed reason Shopify was unable to charge my credit card for the monthly fee despite that my credit card has not changed. Just for a month of late payment Shopify suspended my store without sending a warning. When I tried to get help to get help from Shopify for this urgent case, it takes a week for someone to contact me. I ask for a reimbursement of the hosting fee + some form of compensation for the offline period of my online store for losing business. The senior advisor refused my request. What a irresponsible and arrogant company!

Never start a Shopify store! They will steal your sales money and don't care. You won't be able to talk to anyone. Their business is too important to them. I can't explain how frustrating it is to deal with them. For a company that wants good customer support from them. REALLY LOL?
