Working with Experience has been simple and easy. They presented my resume to my employer, set up the appointments/interviews, and finalized the contract. All I had to do was show up. They explained the contract and let me know of my options, so I can make a sound and informed decision. The only thing Im disappointed about is that even as an employee to the agency (not independent) benefits are at the minimum. No extended health care and no extras such as STM deductions for their contractor employees even though the company itself is located downtown. Other than that, any questions I have are answered promptly.

This is by far the best recruitment and contracting company I have ever worked with, and I've worked with a few by now in the tech industry. Everyone is so professional and skilled at what they do yet so friendly and personable that you feel you've worked there for years; everything from the moment of application, interview, offer, signing the contract, undertaking the employment was conducted in such a manner that I felt I had not just a recruitment agency but a team of allies supporting me throughout; they always strive to get better, constantly asking for feedback and making sure the communication channel is open. Even though we never met in person and I'm at the other side of the world, their unique approach made me feel always supported and cared for. I'm genuinely happy and proud to have worked for a company that is woman-owned and truly diverse. I'll honestly miss working with you but maybe again in the future Keep up the fantastic work, I wish you the best because you absolutely deserve it. Thank you all for everything!
