Alors, jai mis 1 toile pour plusieurs raisons. Notre exprience sur place laccueil a t dsagrable. Premirement, nous avons rserv un terrain de badminton en ligne juste pour 1 heure. Et dans le courriel reu du Centre Jean-Rougeau, il tait indiqu que pour accder au terrain il faudrait payer 19$ pour le terrain mais aussi prendre une carte de membre. Jusque l tout est clair. Et pour devenir membre, il nous fallait donc prendre un abonnement parmi les 3 options proposes par le Centre de jeux Jean-Rougeau. Dans ces 3 options soffraient nous: soit un abonnement de 3 mois, soit de 6 mois ou annuel. Nayant pas vu les terrains, on sest entendu pour prendre labonnement de 3 mois. Puis, sur place lexprience a t des plus surprenante. Une fois au centre et notre grande surprise, il nous est annonc laccueil quil faudra prendre labonnement annuel qui est 26$, et que dailleurs ce dernier se termine en septembre. Et quaucune autre option nest disponible pour accder au terrain de badminton. Et malgr notre stupfaction, on tente tout de mme dexpliquer laccueil ce qui nous a t offert par le centre par mail, et que cela ne correspond pas tout fait avec lobligation de prendre un abonnement annuel. Aucunes de ces informations nest prises en compte. On demande alors si dans ce cas il est possible de faire un essai avant de sengager pour si longtemps. On reoit un refus catgorique. Aucune empathie, ni de geste commercial ne nous sera propos. Et on se retrouve oblig de prendre un abonnement annuel sans avoir vu les terrains, ni mme eu droit un essai. Mon verdict: Toujours vrifier la vracit des confirmations et informations reues par courriel en appelant directement le centre. Cela vous vitera un dsagrment et surtout de vous dplacer sur place pour tre mal reu. Cest dommage parce que le centre sportif jean-rougeau a des terrains tout fait en bons tats, et cette msaventure te tout le plaisir du jeu.
