One of the arms of my glasses broke a week or so prior to the expiry of my warranty,/ They took the glasses (trade mahogany), tried to replace the arm. Couldn't, my warranty expired and it was a too bad so sad situation. I'll opt for a higher quality on my next purchase.

Received my glasses in very bad condition. Frame scratched and impurity in one of the lenses. Tried calling the customer service for 2 days no answer. When I went to the Post office they couldnt find the refund form Bonlook sent me (the bar code couldnt be scanned) so I had to go all the way to the store to get a refund. Only reason im giving a star is because of the great customer service I received from the girls at the store. Besides that, everything about my Bonlook experience was a hassle.
