Metro Plus Wilderton

I'm giving this place 2 stars for the following reasons. This is one of the worst metros I've shopped at in terms of organisation and prices. Furthermore the produce are in bad shape compared to other metro locations. They're old and most of all very expensive for the condition and quality of the product. Another thing that really irks me about this location is they do not update their prices on most products when they're on special. I bought a frozen dessert that was supposed to be 5.49 and it rang up 6.49. Despite being on the flyer for the lower price exact image of product to be told it has to be inside the flyer. This was the flyer on the Metro app! The ketchup on special rang up correctly but there was no label to show it is on special. Very disorganized and deceiving to be honest. Items are not placed in right location of the spot. Oatmeal for instance was on special but it was the wrong brand behind the special label. They need to get better organised grocery clerks. Other than that I only shop here for emergencies.

Great produce, very pricey but exceptionally clean and sterile nonetheless lmproperly trained staff that display an abundant amount of unprofessionalism consumer ethics, is more like a gossip/ chat session. Not impressed with such low standards of this as I thought when one interacts with consumers professionalism is not a substitutionary thing.
