Le jour de ma chirurgie, les infirmires taient prsentes et s'assurait toujours de mon confort total. Tout tellement bien t je n'en reviens toujours pas. peine 1 heure aprs mon opration j'tais dj prte quitter pour la maison puisque je me sentais super bien. la suite de mon opration je n'ai eu AUCUNE douleur et aucune complication. Je suis vraiment contente d'avoir pris la dcision de procder avec cette chirurgie qui change en quelque sorte ma vie. No respect at all for his clients! Yes clients, because his practice is lucrative. I waited 40 minutes, only to have a client that had just walked in pass before me. She didnt show any sign of emergency. I Dr. Durand before he closed the door and he just nodded. His secretary had put a note on my file mentioning I was on my lunch break, but he just didnt care. So I left without seeing him. I dont recommend his services at all.

It's hard to find a surgeon these days that sits down with you and actually listens to your questions and needs, not just waits for their turn to speak. From your initial meeting with Dr. Durand to leaving the clinic, you'll just have that gut feeling that you made the right decision by associating with the right doctor

I was extremely disappointed with my dealings with Dr. Durands clinic. I contacted them and they were very quick to respond. That was nice. I asked for the price of the first visit as hes private: response $250. I was ready to pay anything because Ive had two carpal tunnel surgeries and was hoping this would be the solution Ive been dreaming about. Got a call not 5 minutes later informing me that because of my previous surgeries the first appointment would now cost $750! I was shocked but said thank you and Id find a solution elsewhere. Too bad! Very sad! I guess its better for doctors to go the simple route and not have to deal with complications. Disappointed
