        I requested to file my taxes with a H&R Block remote tax Expert on March 10 2023. I was assigned a person from this office. I kept following through website and the person kept telling me that she will update me soon. On April 20, 2023 my file has been assigned to a completely new person all the way in Red Deer Alberta for some reason with no guarantee that my filing will be completed before the deadline. I have been doing my taxes with this company since 2015. Very disappointed with the service. Do not recommend them.
