Went this morning, without an appointment, with documents for my four family members, to have our tax filings prepared. Had a 5 minute conversation with an employee who speaks French with an accent and who does not want to speak English. (I don't mind speaking in French, but this person's accent made me think they might be more comfortable in English, but no.) I could not get a clear answer about whether I could leave all my family's documents with the employee or whether I needed to provide their signatures first, and I could not get a clear answer about how long an appointment I would need to schedule if I wanted to explain all my family's documents in one sitting (4 hours? 2 hours?)
