They dont accept reservations over the phone or email, so you need to reserve through their online platform. I was told if you want to reserve for a specific date in advance, the date will be open 15 days prior. We were a party of 5, placed at 2 small round tables, so the table got pretty crowded which I wasnt a fan of, especially having to be super cautious that you dont knock over any of their unique cutlery and serveware. Besides that, the food was good. We chose the Tea for Two which comes with a few different tasting options and there is always the option to order more. The teas were great, especially their house favourite, which is the Lavender Earl Grey.
