They will tell you what the issue is, give you options and work with you to come up with a cost effective solution based on your car and situation. As a woman who has too often encountered service workers in other institutions talking down to her or trying to pull a fast one on her (as if I cant understand mechanics), I can say that is is refreshing to be treated with respect and fairness.
