        The station can be a little overwhelming at first, but it's not really that bad. It has a wide selection of shops and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Lounge is beautiful and a great way to wait to board your train.

        Everything is well organized and clean. My ticket was for around 6 in the morning, so the station was quiet. The main board gave me all the information I needed about the track and departure time. The control officer just scanned the QR code in my phone and let me in. The train left on time and the officers of the cabins are welcoming.
