The history class was a pure nightmare. The guy (and he was so bad, that I can't even remember his name) was sitting at his desk for 3 hours each time reading from his own notes from previous classes he did at UNI. Boring and tedious. There were a few good classes, like art in the city and local gography. But the rest was good only to light up my fireplace... I did the course because I had no other choice if I wanted to be a tour guide. I remember one group presentation the director of the program did, Guidatour was there, Ruby R., a girl that was presented to be a high flying tour guide representing APGT and M. Poir from VDM. VDM is a separate company but also design tours for Guidatour They were telling us how to look and dress accordingly, mostly like an air stewardess. During the course, 3 people quit, and since I very seldom see anyone from my cohort actually leading tours besides the teachers there. Good thing I started my own agency and now am one of the best rated tour guide agencies. Having to go through ITHQ was basically a nightmare, in my opinion.
